With over 25 years in Residential Construction and Remodeling, serving both as a Licensed Builder and then, in Commercial Construction, in Quality Control, making detailed lists of completed work and assuring that the completed work, by sub-contractors, met with the standards of the companies I was employed by. This previous experience along with the extensive training required to become a Licensed Home Inspector, points to the customer receiving a knowledgeable and thorough inspection.
Everyone involved, especially the buyers and sellers, need to understand and know the condition of the property. Throughout our experiences we have found it is imperative to communicate and work directly with the client to ensure they understand what is actually inspected and what is not.
